- Standard Shipping Charge Rate
- We uses EMS, TNT or DHL for all of our shipping to anywhere in the world. We also insure all of our packages. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the items for each separate order placed. In the case of a multiple item order being shipped to multiple addresses, shipping is applied per address and calculated based on the total weight of all items being shipped to that address. Normally a wedding gown weights between 2.6 – 3.0 kilograms, bridesmaids dress weights between 1.0 – 1.5 kilograms, and flower girl dress weights under 1.0 kilograms.
- A street address is required for delivery.

- Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped that same day, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. - Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 4-6 days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 7-10 days of the shipped date.

Returns & Replacements
- 1 The following is a list of items that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- We do not accept returns on any custom made order which includes dress in CUSTOM SIZE, COLOR or DESIGN. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for custom made dresses.
- We don't accept any dress for exchange.
- We don't accept any dress changed the color.
- Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
- Accessory items such as wraps, jackets, gloves, or fabric made specifically for you.
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way.
- Discontinued and/or clearance sale items.
- Can I return and exchange items?
- Since all dresses are made to order (manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses). We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to order the right size, color, style since all sales are final.

- 2 Return Requirements:
- We just accept return if our dress not good quality and damage during the delivery and other reason.
- Please email contact if our dress not good quality as soon as you received the dress.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
- Can I return for refund?
- Cause the dresses on our website you ordered are all tailored according to your measurement. We can not arrange return and refund to the customers, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can return the dress for refund. - 3 Return Procedure:
- if your dress can be return, we will email you the Return Authorization numbder.
- Print the Return Authorization Form that will be emailed to you once your request has been accepted.
- Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt and original packing slip.
- Be sure to insure your return package, as we are not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged in return shipment. No refund will be given for damaged items.
- Returned items must be post marked within 3 days after receipt of RA.
- The package must be received within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Viewing Orders
- The Order Manager provides multiple ways to view orders in your Store.Each order is assigned a unique number when it comes in. These numbers start at 485 and count up. For security reasons, credit card numbers are deleted 30 days after the order has been retrieved. There is no way to retrieve numbers once they have been deleted, so be sure to process credit card transactions promptly.
- To get to the Order Manager:
- 1.Sign in to your account.
- 2.Go to the Store Manager.
- 3.Click the "Orders" link appearing in the Process column.
- Tip: To alert you to new orders, the Orders link will appear with a red asterisk Orders* when your store has received new orders.
- View (range)
- The View (range) button allows you to view multiple orders on one screen. This can be helpful for processing multiple orders at once.
- To view a range of order:
- 1.From the Order Manager, enter the numbers of the range of order you wish to view in the "from" and "to" fields.
- 2.Click "View" next to the field.The Order Retrieve page displays all of the selected orders. You can then process or review and change the status of these order.
Updating Account Information
- When you make a sale on bridaldressmall.com, bridaldressmall.com collects the credit card payment from your buyer. We pay you by direct deposit (ACH) to your checking account. The balance of your accumulated sales is calculated on the 15th of each month and on the last day of each month.
- Your payment will be deposited to your checking account approximately 7 business days after the end of the selling period (either the 15th or the end of the month). When we're preparing to deposit money to your checking account, we'll send you an email letting you know what date to expect the money.
- For instance, if you have a pending payment of $100 at the end of the month, you should expect a deposit of $100 to your checking account about 7 days later, not including weekends or holidays.
- It is important to note that direct deposit won't be made to savings accounts.
- If your banking information is incorrect, go to your "My Account" page and click "Seller Payment Method". Click "Edit Payment Method" which will take you to a page where you must reenter the checking account number you have on file. Do not enter your new number, as this will not match what is already on file.
- If you successfully enter the current account number, the next page has fields you can fill in to change the name, routing number and/or checking account number. To save changes, reenter the checking account number you wish to have on your account in the Confirm Checking Account Number field. This must match exactly what is in the Checking Account Number field.
